Our Growth Mentors challenge participants to raise the bar and dare more – without making the goals seem impossible. Growth Mentors help define, develop and, above all, implement goals. The Growth Mentors ask the right questions, offer new perspectives and challenge thinking when necessary. We always keep the discussion concrete and value-based, ensuring that words lead to impactful actions.
You commit to a shared journey - come with an open mind!
The Growth Mentor meets with his or her own sparring team four times a year. The team consists of 8-10 members. The focus is to offer sparring and support for each participant, without forgetting peer sparring.
Joint preparation
The Growth Collective team coordinates the meetings and is responsible for the agenda and focus points of the meetings. Before each meeting, the Growth Collective team runs through the plan and preparations together with the Growth Mentor. Thus, during the sparring sessions, the Growth Mentor can focus on what is essential – challenging and sparring.
What does good look like?
Participants leave the year more courageous and more ambitious, inspired to reach for greater heights than ever before. Goals become concrete and are already well underway – the first results show the power of decisions. The energy of the sparring community and the insights shared together elevate each member’s capacity for renewal to a new level and open the doors to the next opportunities for growth.
