Setting the bar high in sparring teams
The work at the Growth Collective has always been based on peer-to-peer activity. We have challenged companies to make more outrageous growth promises than each other, which has inspired significant growth leaps. We have built a community where medium-sized companies meet their peers. Now they are additionally helped by a growth mentor.
In our programme, company executives, notably CEOs, chairmen of the board, owners and executives responsible for significant growth projects, exchange views and experiences with peers in similar positions. This is done openly and in confidentiality.
A bold goal is at the heart of peer sparring: to create new opportunities and discover new growth potential in uncharted territories. The Growth Collective's community events support the goals of the sparring teams throughout the year. The year begins with a joint Kick Off event, where the entire community meets to get ready for the year. An Insight Day event in autumn highlights the strategic themes that have emerged in the sparring teams, and offers further insights into the most promising strategic themes.
