Growth Captains (CEO's, Chairpersons, Owners) of companies with revenue of between 10MEUR and 1 Billion EUR who are...

• committed to sustainable growth and renewal 
• ready to openly and confidentially share their own experiences and challenges with other Kasvuryhmä members  
• ready to invest their time in Kasvuryhmä peer-to-peer meetings, at minimum 4 meet-ups in a year
• committed to pay the operating fee of 3 500 EUR / 12 months. NB: Starting July 1st, 2022 the operating fee will be 4 000 EUR / 12 months. (2. member 3 000 EUR / 12 months & 3. member 2 000 EUR / 12 months from the same company) 
• committed to act according to Kasvuryhmä values
