Growth Collective elects a new board

The Growth Collective's annual general meeting confirmed the new composition of the board and published a fresh annual report from last year. The sparring year 2025–2026 shows that Finnish medium-sized companies have a strong will and ability for international growth.

Thomas Luther elected Chairman of the Board of Directors

The composition of the Growth Collective Board of Directors underwent changes following the annual meeting in April 2026. Thomas Luther was elected as the new Chairman. Eeva Kovanen, Kirsi Paakkari, Tuomas Syrjänen and Karin Godenhielm will continue on the Board. Jenni Kiikka and Eerik Paasikivi will join the Board as new members.

The Growth Collective has given me a lot over the past 10 years and has been the best choice of my career, bringing courage, sparring and incredible networks. We have a hugely courageous mindset to make great things happen through this great community, says the new Chairman Thomas Luther.

The Growth Collective warmly thanks Kimmo Jyllilä, who is leaving the Chairmanship of the Board, and Board member Riku Asikainen for their valuable contribution to the Board's work. Both will continue to support the community in the Nomination Committee together with Hanna Ristola and Peter Fredman.
